In contact with yourself
Many women struggle with their self-confidence. This is not always visible for the outside world: they seem to have their life in order, they have a good job and are always ready to help others. However, many women, although everything appears fine on the outside, do not feel the same way on the inside. If you become out of touch with yourself, such a ‘perfect image’ starts feeling like a mask which is halting the progress in your life.
Often feelings of low confidence and fear are in the way of reaching your full potential. The fear of not being good enough, the fear of making mistakes. But also shame derives from fear: the fear of what other people think of you. This fear can result in a lack of action, making you feel stagnant. If you are so focussed on the outside world, you will lose contact with yourself and forget about your ‘inner world’. However, it is your ‘inner world’ that is the key to reach your full potential. If you eliminate fear and insecurity, you will be able to trust your intuition and unfold a life where things will run smoothly and without resistance.
The language of your body
Your body is incredibly intelligent and has been giving you signals your entire life. Signals that we all understand and can easily listen to and resolve are; hunger, thirst and tiredness. However, your body is trying to tell you a lot more. For example, that feeling of a knot in your stomach during a confrontational meeting with your boss or a lump in your throat when you are put on the spot. But also more subtle signals that are harder to pinpoint are trying to tell you something. All of these signals are incredibly valuable if you learn how to understand and decipher them. It is these signals that communicate with your intuition and try to guide you in a specific direction.
I would love to help you get back in touch with yourself and your intuition. Together we will find out what your body is trying to tell you. By reminding yourself how you can listen to the language of your body, you will gain more clarity about which direction you want to go in your life. It is reminding yourself because you can already do this, it is already in you, but you just have to reconnect and tune in to these signals.
How does it work?
Coaching starts with a (telephone) intake of about 30 minutes. This intake is meant as an introduction where we will get to know each other and discover if we match, it is vital that we both feel good about the connection. During the intake, we will also discuss the things we will be working on together. What do you want to work on? What kind of challenges are you facing? What barriers are limiting you reaching your true potential? In the intake, we will gain clarity surrounding these questions and identify 1 or 2 elements which we will tackle in depth during the sessions.
After establishing and formulating the elements, we will pick a date for the first session. A session lasts about an hour and will take place at my practice. After a session, you will be able to work on specific behaviour or apply an exercise to your daily life. To make sure that there is enough time for you to work on these points, the sessions will be around 3-4 weeks apart.
After and even during the coaching process, you will notice that things are starting to change or improve:
- You will take action faster
- You will follow your intuition
- Things will run smoother
- You will feel calmer and worry less
- You dare to focus on yourself
- You will be more resilient
With this newly regained energy, you will start to work on your life in a different and improved way.

People who are not open to growth, who do not actively want to work on themselves or think that I can solve all your problems. That is not how this works. I will give you the necessary guidance, but you will need to work on this yourself. Sometimes, it will be hard work, and sometimes you will feel uncomfortable, but the results are worth it.
