I am Karina

I guide women towards increasing their self-esteem.

Although I coach intuitively, I have both feet firmly on the ground. I am not afraid to put my finger on the sore spot and enjoy using science-based techniques, such as Heart Coherence. I believe in the power and intelligence of the body and am convinced that - if you (re)connect with it - you can move mountains. We are capable of doing so much more than we think.
