Hoewel ik intuïtief coach, sta ik met beide benen op de grond. Ik ben niet bang om de vinger op de zere plek te leggen en maak graag gebruik van wetenschappelijk onderbouwde technieken,  zoals Hartcoherentie. Ik geloof in de kracht en intelligentie van het lichaam en heb de overtuiging dat –  als je hiermee (opnieuw) in contact komt – je daarmee bergen kunt verzetten.
